We had a good race today at the Primus Classic and although we missed victory by a very small margin we can be satisfied with our performance. We executed the plan we had, I was in the front group in the final climbs and responded to all the attacks while in the final kilometers I pulled to bridge the gap to Theuns. Congratulations to Pascal Ackermann for his result, he was the fastest sprinter today. We’ll try again tomorrow.
Dnes to pre nás boli dobré preteky a aj keď nám víťazstvo o kúsok ušlo môžeme byť spokojní s našim výkonom. Držali sme sa nášho plánu. Bol som vo vedúcej skupine aj v záverečnom stúpaní a snažil som sa pokrývať všetky útoky a potom som ešte chcel stiahnuť aj náskok Theunsa. Gratulujem Pascalovi k jeho výsledku, dnes bol najrýchlejším špurtérom. Skúsime to opäť zajtra.
