I think we did everything we could do today at the Tour de Suisse. Once again, my teammates were fantastic from start to finish and pulled hard all day to keep the race under control. In the sprint, I finished fourth and while, of course, a victory would have been nice, it was too difficult. Quite often, these sprints are much more complicated than how they look. I’m satisfied with my form right now and I’ll keep working hard for the coming races. (Photo Luca Bettini)
Myslím, že sme urobili všetko čo sme mohli. Moji kolegovia boli opäť fantastickí od štartu až do cieľa a celý deň sa snažili udržať preteky pod kontrolou. V špurte som napokon skončil štvrtý a samozrejme, víťazstvo by bolo krajšie, ale bolo to dnes veľmi ťažké. Takéto špurty sú často omnoho zložitejšie ako to na pohľad vyzerá. S mojou aktuálnou formou som spokojný, ale budem až do ďalších pretekov naďalej tvrdo makať.
